Another beautiful day in central Illinois! 228.0 lbs. two days in a row! Not a fluke. Took a vacation day to get caught up on a few things around the home. Faithfully did my workout this morning. I'm starting to build stamina and rhythm in my running. Running 12 minute intervals now with a minute walking between. I think I am well on-track for a 5K in December. Thinking about the Jingle Bell Race on December 3rd; that's a little ahead of schedule, but I'm optimistic. I certainly won't set any speed records, but I know I'll get the job done. My eating plan is going pretty well. I know when I've gone too far below my RDI; the cravings hit, and I'm in danger of really blowing it. Then I want to eat a little - or a lot - of everything in sight. The key is to not let myself get to that point. Planned snacks are just as important to my eating plan as the exercising is. Have a great day everybody!
