I returned home from traveling yesterday. Grateful to be home with my family and pets. I lost 13 pounds while away for 5 weeks. My goal was to stay focused on my diet while traveling. I'm thrilled with my results. Using this site everyday was a huge incentive to keeping focused. Logging my food and watching my carbs have been rewarding. Reading about others' struggles/successes on FS has also played a role in my journey as I felt my buddies were on the road with me. It gave me some consistency while my daily routine was not routine at all. I must confess here that my success belongs to my husband. He is so good to me. I almost can call him my guardian angel. Any time I crave something sweet, I say to him, "Three honey dipped doughnuts, please". He just laughs at me. Two more pounds to go to reach my first milestone of 10%. Have a great week.
