this was my day 5 work out res-4/sets-4/reps-8 of all the following. lying triceps extension seated biceps curl lying triceps forearm curl lying triceps extension seated biceps curl lying triceps forearm curl lying triceps extension seated biceps curl lying triceps forearm curl then treadmill 30mins I'm taking off sunday. enjoy the weekend all.
