I seem to be struggling to break the 76kg barrier. I followed my diet to a T yesterday and did 2 hrs exercise. Lets see what happens tomorrow
167.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
