eating in quite a bit primarily vegetables and weighing ounces of meat, approx 3-4 ounces of chicken. have been bad with Kodiak desserts, not necessarily unhealthy, just higher calorie desserts than i normally eat and we did make a healthy breakfast with eggs french toast on low cal bread or Kodiak pancakes over weekend. made lentil soup and salad one night as well since last weigh in only worked out once with a hot yoga power fusion at core power yoga on Saturday, today will be my reentry into exercising regularly since son has been sick. i am wondering if i could have lost muscle mass in a week of not working out? not sure if muscle mass or stress has helped with weight loss maybe both
