I hate this game! I always seem to lose. Why do I do so well over the week then on the weekend blow it. I have no self control and it makes me mad and sad. Will I ever get this right?

I vacillated like this until I decided to change my view about food. I adapted my grandfather's philosophy. He only had a 3rd grade education. He said, "He eats to live, not lives to eat." He never understood how people could set at the table long after he got up. I now eat clean and move on. I'm 55 and have a responsibility to my family and my self. Hang in there th conviction you're experiencing is your friend.

If you go under the "Community" tab here in FS, search for a group called "Operation Weekend Watch" you can join. We especially support each other on weekends.

Go to amazon.com and look at the reviews of a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not a diet, but a book to help with temptation and changing our behaviors (and how we think about food). Lot's of people have the same problem.
