Well not going to lie a little bummed about no change but that is kind of normal when I change workout programs. So, c'est la vie I will keep plugging at it no worries. Hopefully next week will be better. And I know I can work some 20 something's into the ground :)

I hear ya. I was great this week and today I didn't like the number on the stupid scale. Tomorrow will be better.

You're doing good. Change up in the workout and hitting it hard could bring on some water retention. Have a great weekend.

The scale is just one measure. Don't let it control your happiness. You're doing great!

YES Sir - YOU can work 20 something's into the ground. I love when I am at the gym and grab heavier weights than most of the men!

i work out all the time , im 47 and i dont go easy lol, its nothing to do with age. I work out with my 19 yr old, its harder to shift the weight though, it seems to want to turn to muscle haha but i look good, so im not stressing to much about the weight

Not a gain not a loss, but you have the right mind set about it. Working harder is the key and you will see the results. Jullian Michaels favorite quote"work past your current comfort zone". You can make the scale move.
