First week back.....Logging is key....Even on Saturday when I was sure I had gone over the top, I ate less than 2100 calories and averaged 1493 per day for the week. I am now back to my pre-Christmas weight which is still 17 pounds more than I want to be.
My SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) is to Log all my food, keep to a low carb (especially low sugar) regimen of averaging less than 1500 calories a day while exercising to lose a pound a week between now and April 9 to weigh 157 (or less) when we leave for the Caribbean.
