Oooh thanks y'all! Honestly this is the very first time I have attempted dieting (sad I know), I thought it was going to be a lot harder. After the second day I started feeling great...and honestly think this is going to work out well for me. I appreciate the support more than you know!

I believe it! I've been wondering all week, "How could I possibly feel THIS much better after only losing 4.4 lbs?". But, I do. More to come, I'm sure.
