Week Two of 2016
Plan for 2016 - Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. Goal Met! - No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Met! - Veggies with every dinner. Almost! Fell short by one! - No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays - Saving up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Met! One drink total.
I know this is a late post, but all the stats listed above are from Monday - Sunday. I'm a little thrown off as I was off of work for the holiday today, and my family came in to visit. I didn't get my normal exercise in today, nor am I going to meet my 10k step goal for today (@ 8PM I've currently got 6,796 for the day). However its back to the daily grind tomorrow (gym time included).
Food today wasn't too bad with the exception of lunch. We went to the Chocolate Martini Bar downtown, and I got a spiked raspberry hot chocolate. Was it on my diet? No way. Do I regret it? No way. I know it was a calorie/sugar hit, but I also know that I've got more acceptable plans foodwise for the rest of the week.
