Turned it up to 11 today (where 'it' = the elliptical :-)). Overall doing well; it is good to be out of the 260s, but my back is still a bit sore – I have been lifting less weights and trying to stand up straighter on the elliptical. Went out to lunch, played squash, and went swimming with my wife yesterday. Back to work today.
