Let's see if I have this right: no alcohol for nine days. Eating very well. Exercising most days. And I gain weight? What's the fucking point?
214.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Are you tracking your calories? That's really the best way to pinpoint what the issue might be. I know I way underestimate what I consume if I don't track it.

I agree with Notelaine. Eating very well is great but if eating too many calories, still won't lose. Tracking EVERYTHING going in can be eye opening!

No alcohol...you had 46oz on the 9th!!....just sayin'. Track everything, hard to be consistent and fine trends without it. FYI...when you have Alcohol (Ethanol), your body will burn nothing until that energy has been used.

I am tracking calories, which is why the lack of progress is so frustrating. I had 1,100 calories yesterday and managed to gain .2 pounds. And I have no idea what mahjohn is talking about, and would prefer to not be scolded with misinformation.
