Well I am now below my pre Christmas weight, delighted of course! I will keep going until I reach my goal and then I will have to work out what system I will be using to maintain my weight, I have a few options, but a bit more research is required. 2 3/4lb to go and hope to have reached my goal by the end of February.
142.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
