slow moving...but I'll take it. I plan to 'up' my exercise and join a gym the 1st of the year. I know it sounds cliché but I need a boost and with the weather here being humid most of the time...even recently...a gym sounds like a good idea. Happy Health/Fitness FS buddies. Have a Happy New Year!
