The holidays are a heck of a challenge, aren't they madaboutmoose? lol There's lots of food, sweets, alcohol...so much of the season seems to revolve around sharing in these things with others. It's hard to avoid it, and you also don't want to feel like you're depriving yourself. I'm trying to let myself enjoy the things I like this time of year, but also trying to keep it within reason. Been looking at some lower fat/sugar eggnog recipes to try.
