Another good drop of 3.2 lb in 4 days. Had a great weekend. Went to our granddaughter's Christmas recital and then brought her home for the weekend.
My wife and I are removing the carpet and pad in the living room, family room and master bedroom and replacing with wood. Over the weekend, we got all of the living room and part of the family room flooring replaced.
We have a treadmill in the master bedroom, a Stairmaster in the master bath, and a Gold's Gym universal weight machine in the family room. So, we've decided to convert one of our two guest rooms into a dedicated exercise room and move all of the equipment in there. I've got it mostly cleaned out and I'll start moving the equipment in there this afternoon.
