whew! Thankful for 2 oz. I have been so off track. Last night coming in after grocery shopping I was so hungry that I ate almost a half loaf of bread. It was still warm in the bread maker and away I went! Will do better this week and gear up for thanksgiving. All the best!

That is the plan, HBC. I really do not want to go backwards. I have gotten tnear my goal weight before had reversed it with holidays and celebrations and house guest. So I need a plan. I think that tracking food and keeping an exercise schedule should get me through the next few weeks. I purchased clothes in my right size yesterday, and I am soooo pleased to be able to do that. I have lost almost 18 pounds and I am grateful! Having my buddies make me responsible to very helpful. Thank you!
