Oh, to no longer see 160's on that scale! I can't wait!! But, to be honest, just three months ago I would have begged the heavens to weigh 165, because losing weight had really become so hopeless. I know the food I am eating today is the food I need to eat to maintain a normal weight. I know this is not a diet, and that this food needs to be my only food, my forever food. And, hey I love my food any way! Hubby has lost about 15 pounds with me, and even my son is in better shape.
