[color=indigo]Well..here I am again...having gained weight. After my mom became critically ill (April 15) all bets were off. Went right back to emotional eating and gained quite a bit of weight. I'm finally back on track though. After several months of inactivity I am exercising and eating reasonably well again. I got all the way up to 283....back down to 279 now and starting from there.

Hip Hop Abs.....doing the 30 day program for starters....I want to see dramatic weight loss!
279.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
