So sorry.....took some time off...still on my diet ...Just wanting to eat too much of what I can eat...Doctor took me off fluid pills which I had took ..as needed for years.....and no salt...have found no low sodium pork skins....trying to get back on track.....I am dreading winter ..being shut in without no swimming pool( private) having trouble getting back to the stationary bike and weights routine...still struggling to get back in the 100's....setting goals for the New Year...
