I have really gotten bad about eating hidden carbs. (hanging my head in shame.) It took me all day yesterday to figure that out as I try to get back in the swing of things. In my defense, I will say that I am not eating potatoes and bread like I was before Atkins though.
Today, I'll be cleaning and getting ready for the BBQ. My mom and brother will be arriving tomorrow afternoon. Talk about added stress! Nothing like having 200 ppeople for a party. I am trying to remember everything and make notes of the small details. This would have been fun when I was in my 203. Not so much now!

I'm right there with you. We can overcome these obstacles even if they are such formidable foes as our own selves! Good luck with the party. Sounds like both fun and stress.
