Been doing cpy consistently and yesterday went for leisure 5 mile eating oatmeal 2/3 cup every morning
Quest bar snack dinner gep or our veggie heavy meals
133.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 133.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
