a small loss, but I will take this over a gain. I am still in my boot with limited activity and great appetite. I spent most of the day in the kitchen yesterday. I found a wonderful recipe you all might like - cauliflower and corn. I have never had that combination. Season with red pepper flakes and parsley or your fav. Blessings on each of you today!
