We ate in more, I've actually cooked and have had a new born! He has been home a week, so happy he's doing well. Still pretty scared all the time, having to do workouts with Brit at home, have done some weights videos x2 and x1 cardio video and we've gone on 3 weeks ranging from 3.5, 4 and the one yesterday was 4.5. Still need to find more balance in getting my own workouts, jogging seems impossible as I'm breastfeeding/pumping and they are very sensitive. Glad the weight is slowly coming down
134.8 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 134.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

you can do it!! Sounds like you are doing all the right stuff. EAT Healthy. That is more important than the exercise. I know. Stay away from Sugar and Starches!
