Good thing I am trying to gain weight. if I was trying to lose weight I would be very frustrated. time to start over. have to go to a course all day tomorrow. will be hard to eat properly. may have to restart on Wednesday. Frustrated.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
