I stuck 100% to my RDI over the last 4 days and it paid off. Also, I've been planning meals a week in advance, entering the food here on FS a day or two in advance, prepping meals the night before, and only eating what I've already entered. For now, this is working great! It takes so much pressure off of me to make the RIGHT decision in the moment, but my OCDness in planning allows me the variety I crave.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
