192.8 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me? You mean me? Oh gosh thanks I am just starting and determined to stay on this . Thanks for the support Natasha. Fat Yaya is saying "what a joke you know you are just playing at this" but I will try today to drown that voice out with music and clean my house. Goal for today : Nothing to eat after 9 PM. I will try each week to move back another hour, thanks fo your encouragement.xx
