Ugh,, to much Vino this weekend , I should have known,, cannot blame anyone but myself. My eating was right on plan. Just indulged in a little wine. I was so happy to have left the 160's now I am back there . OK so now I work harder and stay away from the wine,, I know better . Thank you Jesus for keeping me in check .
