Day 2 of new Dr. Esselstyn diet: Yesterday was amazing! I can't believe how easy it was. I pigged out last night on -- vegetables! And they were delicious. I cut up portobello mushrooms, onion and zucchini, grilled them in water and a tiny bit of soy sauce, sprinkled a TON of dry garlic on them, and then poured balsamic vinegar on them. It was one of the most satisfying pig outs I've ever had. And I lost over two pounds this morning. Yay! I'm happy!
Another stellar day all the way around, although I did not get the chance to exercise. But it's okay because I'm getting used to this new diet and I didn't eat that much.
