Not following diet. Was counting calories, keeping them under 1100 and gaining very fast. Decided to give it all a break and see where the gain stopped. Lots of stress at work. Stress has been relieved and weight is returning to my normal plateau between 211 and 214. Will start calorie reduction again in another week, but trying stress reduction techniques instead.
Also, using a cold temperature technique, which also appears to have reversed my stress-related metabolic shut down.
