What ever you choose it needs to be (A) Work for you, (B) Be sustainable and (C) You need to be consistant. Often times with Keto, if you "fall off", typically > 50 carbs/day and get out of ketosis, it can take you several weeks of low-carbing it (~10g/day) to get back into ketosis. Once you're fully Keto adaptive, staying that way becomes very easy. IMHO you'll have more energy, greater satiety, less hunger, less cravings, etc... We're all here because we have 'eating' issues of some kind and it's very likely that your old way of eating is what got you here, it sure did for me. You'll need to stick to some sort of WOE for the rest of your life. If I were to go back to my old WOE, I would gain it all back and then some. Good luck! There are a ton of Keto resources out there.

You haven't failed, we only fail if we give up and quit trying. Keep at it - hopefully ketogenic will be the thing for you. Good advice from Frosty.

Ditto what everyone else has said. You'll get back to where you want to be.

Please don't get discourage, be good to yourself and do something you really like to do and don't worry about losing weight! You are going to lose the weight, sometimes you just need a distraction to get back on track and refocus!
