Well, it is what is and I'm making myself accountable! It's been a busy week with helping out at my parents and VBS. So, I'll try to do better but with being on vacation next week and going to the lake, it will be a challenge! I do plan to get out everyday and do a 5 km run. I'll just have to try to be active and conscious of what I'm eating.
