A bad week, concluding with a weigh-in that finally shows the dietary sins of the past three weeks catching up with me. Looking forward to a much more disciplined week week coming up... it is always tempting to "forget" to enter a set-back until it can be rectified a few weeks later, but owning this gain is as important as celebrating its (fingers crossed!) eventual loss.
