Well I am really surprised that my weight went down I was so sure it would have gone up. Ice cream and bread were my weakness last week. Monday I start my new challenge looking forward to it as it will help me stay on track. Another overcast and gloomy day again at least my dogs love it. Have a great Sunday everyone.
