Still eating fairly sensibly. Been walking plenty. Overdid the exercise, so having to stop most of it. Been getting abdominal pain, so I guess I've not yet quite recovered enough from the recent operation — oops. Walking should be OK, but no more bike and strength stuff.

Have tape for measuring body stuff now, so I can log that my gut is ~44' and regular waist size just under 43'. Hopefully that goes down in time. I've found that if I keep my meals under approximately the 600kcal mark, my IBS symptoms don't flair up, provided the food's low FODMAP and not too heavy.

Disappointed the weight loss has almost stopped. Apparently I've lost a pound, but to me it's just the same. I feel healthier, though. I know I need some proper exercise, but it's so difficult to get it at the moment. The walking no doubt helps, at least.

Oh, last thing: I now have a good BP monitor at home. I'm logging my BP and pulse every morning for a week or two, which I'll do every so often. I don't have high blood pressure or pulse; it's actually on the lower side, as was especially the case when I was younger. These days, on average and at rest, my BP is 107.8/67.5 and pulse 55.8.

Anyway, that's that done.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
