Recent workouts:
Sunday 25 min yoga
Monday 28 min treadmill walk

Hoping to feel good enough to get after some more strength training or more vigorous walk jogs this week. It’s on my mind but not my energy levels. Just not eating correctly or enough to feel strong.
176.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
