Yesterday was frustrating as far as closing my rings. It was windy and rainy and while we did get outside to walk twice, both attempts were thwarted by winds and rain. So I decided to row, except the fitness server crashed mid-class and didn’t come back online. I did row steady state, but that sucks as much as treadmill for me. I did manage to close all three rings and that’s the big thing. The rest of the day was spent wandering aimlessly around the house trying to clean and picking up debris in the yard. Good stuff.
