Birthday week and everyday I have invitations to do things that include food. I must stick to my eating regiment enjoy a little but make better choices including drinking margarita's. Through Jesus Christ I can do this.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
