Good Morning, FS Warriors! Only down a pound, but following the big drop when I started over, I think it means I am stabilized. For an unstable guy, that's a good thing. Was working on the computer last night, and got the late night munchies. Overdid it on the cashews, and ate a Fiber One Lemon Bar. Took me a couple hundred over my RDI, but nothing like I would have normally eaten when I was binging. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the weekend, and hope everyone else has a good one as well. Toodles!

DK, you're a fixture here. I don't always comment, but you are, in my mind (here we go again), a very stable guy. I'll do my best to have a good weekend. Personally, I think you could use a little weight. Why? Because of how tiny you are sitting in that chair in your avatar.
