My blood pressure is down too..
I think with all the car stress behind me, I'll probably be able to get back on track.
With yesterdays trip, eating wasn't the best......
-- Calories were close to my max. -- Fat was about 4 times my max, though the majority of it was the good stuff. -- Cholesterol not a problem. -- Sodium was barely over normal (I try to not stock anything with much sodium). -- Fiber & protein were both good, could have been better.
I topped the day off with a big salad..... ---- 8oz. lettuce ---- 8.5oz. tomato (w/ Mrs. Dash table blend for salt replacement) ---- 2 slices of baby Swiss ---- 1 Colby/Jack cheese stick ---- Malt vinegar ---- Plain Greek Yogurt
That yogurt has quite the bite to it and does a good job as dressing.
