I am feeling pretty good! The one thing this diet can't help is the endometriosis pain. I'm plagued with that right now, but it kind of comes and goes, so I'm able to work through it. But, all in all I'm happy that I've chosen to buckle down and do this diet.

Keep rocking it M2K. Feel for you on the endometriosis. My wife went through it & ended up having to get a hysterectomy. Wishing God speed & good will your way.
