Not a terrible week, but liberties were taken on Memorial Day to the tune of 2 hot dogs, 1 hamburger, 1 glass of root beer and 1 Saranac IPA... when I put it that way, it seems gluttonous. Not as concerned now with losing weight but rather with maintaining a healthy diet (yesterday not withstanding) and training (running) plan. New goals have to be n the horizon though if I am to stay the course :)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Not so bad when you consider it. That amount is probably what a normal guy would eat on memorial day, maybe even a little less as no deserts were mentioned. One normal day does not a diet break. Keep going. Your doing great.
