Medium walk, was going to do a long one in the late afternoon, but the day got away from me and then it was dark. Did some cleaning, tried to do a little row, that was a fail due to the back thing. Ended up sitting in recliner chair with the heating pad. It feels better today, still not sure what i did, probably just a random movement since it’s under my scapula. Two pulls on the skier told me that was a no go as well.
Added water and veggies to the soup concoction along with more garlic and herbs. It’s a cold rainy day here in San Diego, so we adjust. Even the dogs don’t want to go outside and they have an open door to the back yard.
