I am not surprised there is no weight loss this time round. Not only didn't I feel it, I have been having a few minor health issues, plus busy at work, and allowed a few 'bad' foods to creep back into my diet. Feeling better now, and back on track :)

Oh dear, hard isn't it? When you haveca bad week, but we all have things that are going to challenge us, I just spent 4 days in Wellington, at a lovely hotel, was a challenge the whole time! Antways dudnt do bad did heaps of walkingvand dudnt put weight on so was happy about that! I did bring back a cold and that has stuffed things up a bit. I hope you are all back on track now and fighting fit. You have done really good and only 5kgs to go whoohoo nice one!
