I'm down a pound so that's good, but this week will be harder trying to keep my eating in line. I'm used to eating low calorie bread and doing the gluten free bread and foods is not low calorie. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out how to keep things in line though. I made myself some gluten free bread and it's way better than the store bought, but high calorie for 1 piece, I just have to learn to take my breads in moderation. Saturday we went to a graduation reception and all of the food smelled and looked amazing, but I didn't eat any of it. I didn't even eat the snack I had packed for myself, so I did good. One week down and five to go then I'll be able to start adding foods back in.
My hubby started getting sick on Thursday and now I've got his darn cold. I'm going to be a mouth breather for a while. Luckily, for right now that's really the only thing going on, other than just being tired. Hopefully it doesn't go past a plugged nose. How my nose can be plugged, yet running like a faucet, I'll never know.
I got a workout in yesterday and was hoping to do a run today, but I don't know if I can breathe to do it. We'll see how I'm feeling when I get home, maybe at least a walk. I think if I can get exercise in while on this new diet I may actually finally break through this rut I've been in and lose. I suppose even a little bit of exercise is better than none, so I need to work at it.
I hope everyone has a great Monday!!
