A pretty solid week... can't really account for 2 lb loss, breaking a consistent streak of 1 lb weekly drops. Now that my weight goal (184) has been met, what's next?
183.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
