Diet..schmy-et, you gotta move. Really didn't pig out over last weekend at wedding but no exercise (except dancing with John's high school buddies of 15 years ago). Results of 2 days back on the bike seen.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1644 kcal Fat: 63.87g | Prot: 68.28g | Carb: 200.17g.   Breakfast: Greenlee's Best Cinnamon Bread. Lunch: Mayonnaise, Swiss Cheese, Roast Beef, Francisco International French Sandwich Rolls. Dinner: Del Monte Sliced Bartlett Pears in Heavy Syrup, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Snacks/Other: Brookside Dark Chocolate Acai with Blueberry, Sunshine Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, See's Candies Scotchmallow Eggs. more...
