I am so looking forward to this Saturday. I will be completing one month on my journey. So excited, I need to see the total weight loss for 30 days. See you again on Saturday.
253.8 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
