Self inflicted

199.3 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb. Still to go: 27.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.4 lb a week

I weighed today ans was up a little but I expected it with it being Thanksgiving and being so sick. No biggie. We will get it back off.
