My calories are pretty high right now so, my body responds well to small changes that my coach is making (she only dropped me like 50-100 calories per day). Nothing too drastic right now but she’s talking about bumping up my cardio soon. :)

But yeah she worked me up to about 2700 calories per day at maintenance and now I’m like at 2600 calories-ish on lift days. So it’s still 6 meals that I’m eating with 205-210 g of protein total
